Russ Insurance Agency Agents Program

 

The Russ Insurance Agency (RIA) is thrilled to offer two different programs to work with Agents and Brokers.

 

Broker program:

The "Broker" program is designed for the Agent that is currently in the business and would like to refer/broker clients to be paid on. This program has the following highlights and stipulations.

  • HIGHLIGHTS
    • Commission's between 30% - 50% based upon the contract the Agent chooses. CONTRACT LINK
    • Renewal commissions on clients placed by RIA.
    • The "Broker" simply hands off the client contact information and RIA will take it from there.
    • Monthly commission payout
    • THIS IS NOT A TRAINING SITUATION. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN INTERACTING WITH THE CLIENT DIRECLTY REFER TO THE AGENT PROGRAM.
  • STIPULATIONS
    • You must be properly licensed to be paid a commission.
    • You must be bonded for Property & Casualty business (Link to get a bond)
    • You must have a contract on-file and bank account information.
    • YOU ARE NOT A REPRESENTATIVE OF RIA

Agent program:

  • HIGHLIGHTS
    • Commission's between 50% - 70% based upon the contract the Agent chooses. 
    • Renewal commissions on clients placed by RIA.
    • The "Agent" will be responsible for the following:
      • Prospecting clients
      • Quoting clients
      • Servicing clients 
    • Monthly commission payout
  • STIPULATIONS
    • Contracted
    • Licensed
    • Independent Contractor status (1099)
    • Completion of the appropriate training to be fully functional as an Agent including: Bootcamp, AMS, carrier training, internal systems and procedures.
    • You must be bonded for Property & Casualty business to work with wholesalers and charge broker fees (Link to get a bond)
    • You must have a contract on-file and bank account information.
    • YOU ARE A REPRESENTATIVE OF RIA AND MUST BE BRANDED ACCORDINGLY.
