1. Pre-licensing hours required by the Department of Insurance. 40-hours of live product training & 12-hours online code & ethics (if applicable).

6. Flashcards - The Flashcards contain over 150 vocabulary terms and definitions you need to know for the state exam

*Please note: per DOI regulations, the student MUST attend 100% of scheduled classes to receive credit for the Pre-Licensing hours

**Cancellation Policy - Cancellation by Student

• 14 day - If the student cancels 14 days in advance 100% of the class fees will be refunded.
• 7 day - If the student cancels 7 days in advance 50% of the class fees will be refunded.

**Cancellation by Mike Russ

• If Mike Russ cancels the class within 7 days of the class the student will receive 100% of the class fees will be refunded AND the equivalent class online for FREE.
