Class format:

*Each training is a full day 9am - 5pm

*Lunch will be 12:30pm to 1:30pm

*Day 1 and 1/2 of day 2 meet the Code & Ethics state requirement for pre-licensing. You must attend a minimum of 100% of Day 1 & Day 2 to qualify for the completion certificate.

*Property & Casualty program:

• Day 1 - Code & Ethics
• Day 2 - Code & Ethics / Personal Lines
• Day 3 - Commercial Insurance 
• Day 4 - Commercial Insurance

*Life & Health program:

• Day 1 - Code & Ethics
• Day 2 - Code & Ethics / Life & Annuities

Student upgrade rule: Any student upgrading before we launch this April 15th should have a custom order to upgrade. Any student post April 15th had the option to do a live class and must pay full price. All live class fees are non-refundable due to limited seating. 

Cancellation policy:

Student cancellation policy

• Prior to 14 days in advance of the class start date students may cancel and receive a 100% refund
• 7 to 14 days in advance of the class start date students may cancel and receive a 50% refund
• NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of the class start date
