What to Expect
Class Format
- *Each training is a full day 9am - 5pm
- *Lunch will be 12:30pm to 1:30pm
- *Day 1 and 1/2 of day 2 meet the Code & Ethics state requirement for pre-licensing. You must attend a minimum of 100% of Day 1 & Day 2 to qualify for the completion certificate.
*Property & Casualty program:

- Day 2 - Code & Ethics / Definitions Terms
- Day 3 - Personal Lines Insurance
- Day 4 - Commercial Lines Insurance
*Life & Health program:
- Day 1 - Code & Ethics

Student Upgrade & Cancellation
Student upgrade rule:

Cancellation policy:
Student cancellation policy
- Prior to 14 days in advance of the class start date students may cancel and receive a 100% refund
- 7 to 14 days in advance of the class start date students may cancel and receive a 50% refund
- NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations less than 7 days in advance of the class start date
